Jira webhook for create worklog does not contain worklog id

A customer wants to connect Jira to a 3rd party tool.

They are using webhooks to trigger a HTTP request on the create worklog event. In previous situations, we could use the worklog.id variable to be replaced in the webhook event. But with the recent versions of Jira, this does not seem to work anymore.

Does anybody have a clue as to why this is?

The customer is using Jira Software 7.11.2 with Jira Servicedesk 3.14.2.
