Hi. I want to create FAQ/ Knowledge Base in my JIRA Help Desk. When i am search, they only promote on Confluence. Is that true that only Confluence product can integrate with JIRA Service Desk? Can i just develop FAQ function site by myself then integrate with JIRA ?
JSD currently only support Comfluence. I have not scoured the Marketplace to see if there is any addon but I’m not aware of any.
