Language support Service Desk - Italian

Hello.

I am using Jira Service Desk v3.5.3 Server and wanted to use the Italian language, in my Jira.

I've tried to install an language pack and change the language but It didn't work:

Can someone tell me what is the best way to install Italian language in my Jira please?

I was choosing Jira Service Desk Version instead of JIRA :)
