we are working on Jira Service Management 4.21.1 and there is a little problem with our related knowledge base articles.
At the moment, there are three related knowledge base articles shown in each issue but we want to limit this to only one single article shown - how can we do that?
In Confluence, we are working with several articles that explain how to work on an issue so we can manage to define the knowledge base articles as exactly as possible to match that one single issue - but it is confusing to see two different articles that don't match with the issue.
Is it possible to limit the shown articles of the related knowledge base articles so that only one and not three results are shown?

The only, and proper, manner of doing this is to delete/move the another articles out of the KB space.
