Link issue according to fields

Hi,

Is it possible to automatically link two issues, if the have the same value in a field? For example upon issue creation, the is a search looking at a specific (custom) field, and if it finds any other issues with the same value in that field it creates a link between the two issues.

You would need a plugin for it like Power Scripts, Automation For Jira, ScriptRunner or Workflow Toolbox. Or you can develop your own plugin.
