After trying unsuccessfully for several hours to solve my problem, I'm turning to you :-) The following use case: I want to link the last created asset object to a process, this is how I proceeded:
1. Created the "Service" asset field and made it available in the screen mask
2. Created an automation: - Searched for the last created asset object using a lookup (order by Created DESC)
- Tried to insert this in the ticket (Service asset field) using the following variations:
- {{lookupObjects.first.objectid}}
- {{lookupObjects.first}}
- {{lookupObjects.first.Name}}
- {{lookupObjects.first.Id}}
None of this works, I just get the message "Bad Request". Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Can you share more of your Automation structure?
Have you tried log the data contained as a whole? Like that I assume {{#lookupObjects}} ?
