Linking JIRA custom fields

I have created 4 custom fields in JIRA (Copy due date, Copy review due date, Design, due date and design review due date) that i'd like to link in someway.

As an example, if I change the copy due date, the copy review due date, design due date and design review due dates will automatically shift/change. Similarly, if i change the copy review due date, the design due date and design review due dates will shift/change. 

Is there a way to do this?

You'd want the increment to be uniform ? Say two days increase in Copy Due Date - you'd want to psuh Copy Review Date, Design Due Date Design Review Due Date by 2 days each ?
