Hello I am looking for a postfunction that will automatically linking issue with a specific page / space in confluence.

Do you want a post-function that adds the JIRA Issue macro (as shown in this https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/jira-issues-macro-139380.html) to a given page in Confluence?

If so have you tried looking at this documentation?

You will see half way down the page there is an example of using the storage format to add the above macro to a linked Confluence page.
