Service Desk with Knowledge Base can be made available for everyone in internet. How can we localize articles and let users choose language for the article?

Currently, it's not possible to translate the knowledge base based on customers' preferences. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

As a workaround, you can translate the articles for most common languages and add a tag for customers to know what article to open.
