Dear All,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you please guide me on fetching the below user data:

1. How many monthly active users in last 6 months? (Required month-wise data)

2. How many users just used Jira once or very few times in last 6 months? Please help me plot this number also as a part of 1

3. How many users are consistently using Jira in the last 6 months & how many are newly added every month?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Mohana Sundar J.

Jira does not track users, it tracks issues.

It records all changes people make to issues, and it records their last login data, but not a lot more about their activity.  So, off-the-shelf,

  1. Assuming "active" means "logged in", look at the list of users and their last log in times
  2. You'll probably need to check the activity streams for individuals to do this
  3. You'll need to combine that with point 2, and asking your admins who they are adding
