Hi,
We are a Product Support team that provides support service to our software product. Currently, we are using TeamSupport for ticket management and now we are evaluating Jira Service Desk. We generally create product version in TeamSupport and within that product version, there is a way to upload the build artifacts which can be downloaded by the customer on providing download access.
I am looking for similar functionality in Jira Service Desk. I tried hard to figure out that option but it seems this feature is not available. I can only create versions; nothing more than that.
Can you guys help me out how to achieve this facility in Jira Service Desk? Is there any plugin available for that?
Appreciate your help!
Regards

Hello Debajit,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I understood that you are looking for a way to Storage your builds in JIRA, integrating it with the issues/versions of JIRA Service Desk and allowing your customers to download it directly if the download is allowed. Have I understood it correctly?
JIRA itself does not have this kind of functionality, as Atlassian has created another application to handle and storage builds: Bamboo Application
using Bamboo, you can storage your builds and integrate it with your JIRA Application, allowing your tickets to be linked to builds and provided to the customers when you need.
Check the documentation below for more details about it:

For more details on how to configure Bamboo, you can check the documentation below:
