Maintenance expired - JIRA server

Hello,

My JIRA Server maintenance expired on 16th Sep 2021 and I need to upgrade the instance. Is it possible for me to do it? The version that I am using now is 8.13.0.

Hi @Priyanka khare ,

unfortunately, you can't upgrade JIRA if your license is exiperd.

If you contact Atlassian, you can renew your maintenance and hence get access to upgrade to the latest version.,

Hello @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ ,

I was able to upgrade to the version which was released before my license expired which is 8.19.1.
