Earlier i was using below code in JIRA Server for default value- with html code to show as header under different tabs on edit screen..
But now it is showing as it is..
Atlassian are gradually removing the ability to use HTML in options and text because it is inconsistent and a possible attack vector.
I suggest re-evaluating what you think you want from this field and simply asking/training your users to enter the right plaintext data.

Thanks Nic for your response on this, i understand that, actually we were using in JIRA Server earlier, now we have moved to Jira Cloud, and customer wants the same user interface, please see below, is this because we do not have "SCRIPTRUNNER" in Jira Cloud, then there would one more problem while creating scripted field.

Cloud is a lot further down the path of "no HTML injection" than Server/DC. You can not use it in message fields.

we are going to use just default value with HTML code, and what about scripted field, i do not see script runner here, how we can to auto calculate few field in one custom field..?
