Migration(JIRA server to Jira Cloud) : how to migrate Git data (branch, commits data etc)from issues
Please help
Hi @Sandeepsai ,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When you migrate the Server to Cloud via JCMA, It will migrate the git branches from with issues.
You just need to install the Git in the Destination site, Before going to create a Support ticket with Git support vendor for the confirmation on Migration data.
You will get the Customer vendor portal from you Jira server Add-ons section click on the Add-ons name which you are using for the Git branches and Commits.>>> Below you get option to create the ticket.
Note :- In the Jira server to cloud migration, you get support from the Add-ons vendor to migrate So Don't heritage to create a ticket with the Vendor.
Please Accept the Answer If it helps you 🙂
