Hi All,
My company has been acquired by another company, Now we are planning to merge one instance in another. Both companies using jira software, Service Management, Confluence & Bit Bucket and all are running on Cloud. Have no idea where to start, can any one suggest best approach to merge instance with less bugs.
I have logged a ticket with atlassian support, but want to gather more information from experts. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Rajesh.
For Jira: Merge multiple Jira Cloud sites | Jira | Atlassian Documentation
For Confluence: Merge multiple Confluence Cloud sites | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
For Bitbucket: I failed to find some not outdated info.
As always, if not done already, GIYF.
Regards,
Harald
Thanks for the response @Harald Seyr , Do we have any way for All Atlassian product migrate at once, Like jira software, Jira Service Management, Confluence & Bit Bucket.
Initially i have tried with Migrate option present under system's, but it has lot limitation's where JSM are not supported for migration and same for confluence.
The above links have some limitation too while migrating. I'm a single Admin for organization, they have given a Deadline to complete with in first quarter of next year.
Small brief on instances:
A instance : 70 projects, 3,00,000 issues, 83GB Size
B Instance : 111Projects , 1,38,000 issues, 240 GB instance size
Please suggest Thanks.

Unfortunately, my experience in such an environment is far too limited to allow me a qualified recommendation.
I can only point you to some external resources, e.g. How to Consolidate Jira Instances Post Mergers - Modus Create or Merge of two Atlassian instances l Positive Thinking Company what seems to be close to your scenario.
Much more interesting starting points can be found by google, e.g. atlassian cloud merge sites -site:atlassian.com - Google Suche
