Monthly SLA report

Hello,

I am using JIRA Service Desk self-hosted. I have SLA configured and I would like to have reports on my SLA met Vs breached month after month.

JIRA is providing results in native reports only for the last 7 days. Is it possible to get the same data with a period and a frequency I choose?

I need to give reporting to my client every month about my SLA. Thanks for your help.

Romain

Romain,

How about selecting another option from the drop down instead of Last 7 days?

Thank you Victor. That's what I was looking for but this appears only when you save the report !

I was editing it and it is not possible to do it while editing. I was too impatient!

You can report on any every sort of Service Desk data using Better Excel Exporter. It can significantly extend your reporting possibilities
