More Filters or Ordering

I need to add more states in the portal filter. I read that that is not possible.
But at least I need an ordering from the client side.
Is that possible?
Finally, from the Customer Portal, can you export the tickets to Excel?

Is there an Add-On that does it, from the Client?

Unfortunately not for the moment. There is an open feature request for this functionality that you might want to watch / vote for: JSDCLOUD-826.
