I have just moved 136 issues from project to another and I cannot seem to get the SLA working.
I have deleted all SLAs and create a simple one without any Goal (Time to first response), but the progress bar underneath the menu item SLA is intermediate (just spinning back and forth). At some point it stops, but the progress bar is visible with no progress and the SLA for a given item is not set.
Is this a bug? Is there any workarounds?
Hi,
SLA starts when the issue meets some condition like entering a status. Did you try to transition the issues to corresponding statuses and see how it goes?
