Multi User Select Field on Jira Cloud

Hi, 

On Jira Server we have a multi user select field called "Present Members" and on Sever, we were able to copy the values from that field as shown in Image 1 and just paste that into the same field on a different ticket and it used to populate the field with all the same users.

We now have that same field in Jira Cloud in Image 2 and we had hoped that we could copy the values as we did in Server and it will populate as well but it's not allowing us and instead we have to manually input each individual names every single time. 

I thought to use automation but the names changes often so it would not be set.

Would there be a particular setting that does not allow us to copy as we did in Server or it is just a different functionality on Cloud?

@Drishti Maharaj You could set the default value to the most common names used and the remove them when a user is not present.
