I have a multiselect field "Tools" with Values "Jira software, Jira service management, confluence, None" I would Like to validate the field on the customer portal of the project when a reporter is selecting any of option "Jira software, jira service management, confluence" should Not be able to chose the Option "None"
if the "None" option is selected along with other options it should error out and prevent the ticket from creation.

Why do you have None option? Did you configure this field as required? Or is this an option you manually added?

there are other automations that are triggered after this field value is changed
None option is used to prevent those other automations from running.
