Multiple Selections in Custom Fields not showing

I have built a custom field with multiple selections i.e (planned or unplanned) I have applied context to the fields for the specific issue type. However when I go to create the issue, the field is there but the different options (Planned or unplanned) are not. They simply have a pre-select static options of "none"

If the configuration of the custom field is correct, than i would check if a reindex does solve the issue
