My computer locked-up during attachment

Fairly often, my computer hang, locked-up or freeze when I tried to drag images as attachment.

Several users in my company had observed the same issue.  What do we need to do to avoid?

which browser do you use?
- IE is slow, try Edge or chrome

how big is the attachment size?

is the attachment stored local or on a Network drive when you try to drag and drop it into jira

do you use anti Virus software which ccans the file when you try to move it?

We use chrome

Attachments are screen shots (46 to 130KB)

Most of the time, local.

No anti virus software.
