I was testing the process of sending mail to a specific mailbox, then the issue will automatically put onto the Service Desk.
However, when I tried to activate my account for the first time, I wasn't clear so I log out and log in with another Admin account but couldn't see the issue in "Requested by me" list as this wasn't created by Admin Account.
Then I tried to activate account again with my current mail, but it showed the token has expired.
What can I do?
