NOT able to create custom reports.

im not able to create custom reports in the project,

after entering a jql query the error message shows up as in the picture.

Hi siva!

I saw this behavior once before, seems like there is some outdated filter within the JQL.

Please run re-build your search index according to our article Search indexing.

You might want to consider a full lock re-index (Lock JIRA and rebuild index), but keep in mind that you'll have to take Jira down.
