Need to Restrict X-Ray Tool Access to Limited Team Members

I activated the free trial of the X-Ray tool, but I only want to provide access to a limited set of team members. However, it shows that I will be charged for all 16 users once the free trial ends. Could you please confirm if there’s a way to restrict access or assign licenses only to selected users?

No, any app that is installed is available to all of the users of that instance where the app itself is installed.

so, if my team has 20 active users - I would be charged for all 20 users, irrespective of who is using is actively, right?

For the apps there isn't any analytic that is indicating who is actively using the app. Regardless of that, you are charged by the number of users that you previously placed your order for.
