Need to edit a bunch of already closed issues

Hello

We have a sutiation here where I need to perform a bulk change on already closed issues, yet somehow it seems that I am unable at all to edit closed issues 

Can that be overriden?

Hi,

Try to bulk edit an closed issue type at the time, usually to bulk edit a bunch of different issue types from different projects may block you to do that, you will need to make sure that you have edit permissions on all the projects. So I suggest you should bulk edit issues on project at the time until you discover the one that is blocking you.
