We use Jira and Confluence for both internal and external customer support.
Due to the abundance of SPAM we are getting at our incoming addresses, we are considering turning off our email puller.
We're aware of the obvious things, such as customers will not be able to email us to create issues via email.
Aside from that, what would be the consequences?
Other than the obvious things nothing. The customer won’t be able to use email to create issues or update via email. They will have to use the portal.
