Jira Cloud - I have added two new agents to my Service Desk project - both of whom already have access to the Software Dev application. Both are Developers who help out the Support guys on daily basis.
Today, I was trying to assign a ticket to one of them and his name did not appear in the drop-down list on the issue screen. The other Dev whom I added at the same time did.
Both appear to have identical permissions and both are members of the service-desk-users group.
Help?
Check that they actually have the necessary permissions under project settings > permissions.
