New user not receiving invitation email

I tried to invite my teammates, but it doesn't work. "Normal" E-Mail communication is working well. I think the problem is with atlassian.

Most likely the invitation mails are stuck in the Atlassian Bounced list. Reach out to Atlassian Support, let them know the affected users and get them to clear the bounce list for the affected users.

If i want to contact the support, i get the information "Getting help from the Atlassian Community". I am a Free Plan user.

@Willy Schmidt which Atlassian product are you using? 

Atlassian Access is actually a cloud product for connecting corporate authentication to the Atlassian Cloud products and doesn't have a free option. 

I'd like to move this question to the appropriate product so that the experts will have a better chance of seeing it and be able to assist you.

We are using Jira Software and Confluence and i wanted to invite via "Manage users" (admin-site).
