No Notification email generating for Customers group when ticket is Shared from the customer portal

When a ticket is "Shared" in the customer portal to a Customer Group, JIRA SD does not generate any email notification to any member of that Group.

 

However when we share the same  ticket to an individual member it does generate the email and send to the individual. (This individual is also part of the Customer Group)

 

Looking for suggestion / Solution.
