No Option to Select Global Context for a Custom Field

Trying to add a new context to a custom field to have a pre-populated text for a field for certain issue types for all projects.

Creating new context does not give me a Global Context option like it used to.  This field is currently used by other issue types that used to be global but now is limited to a particular issue type.

Do you mean you do not have "Any issue type" option in the list? What if you just select all issue types?

I guess we can't have different context for the same project that's already selected.  I was hoping to have different context for different types of issuetypes in the same project.
