Not possible to add a reactivated user

I have ORG ADMIN rights and it was normally not a problem to add groups (Jira User, Confluence User, additional Groups) to a reactivated User again. 

I really tried hard today, but there is no chance and option to this:

1. No option in the user details (i just can delete, activate and reactivate)

2. No option in the User Administration Groups (add member to a group -> the reactivated users are not selectable.

Was there an update? Do I need additional rights?

Hi @Regine Lill , so you have a user whose access was "suspended" and you are trying to "restore" access. Is that correct? If so, when you find the user under User management (be sure to disable "active" filter so you can find the inactive user and attempt to restore, do you receive an error?

Now it worked - suddenly I see the groups which was not possible on Friday.. thanks for your help.
