Hi!
A couple weeks ago I got my Gmail account (enterprise) blocked due to spam issues from email campaigns I was launching. My admin solved the problem, but after that I'm not receiving email notifications from Jira (updates, new issues, status change, etc)
I turned on/off email notifications in Jira but it didn't worked. Anyone can help me please?
P.S: I do receive notifications in Jira, nothing changed there.
It appears there was a suppression on your account. I have removed this from our side. Try it now and let me know if you are still unable to receive notifications form Jira.
Thanks
Andy

Hello @Vicente Mondaca
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
It is possible that your email got blacklisted in the Atlassian emails servers.
Your Jira Administrator can open a support case directly with Atlassian to find out if that is the case and Atlassian Support can whitelist your email address.

Thanks! Any chance to do it directly? My admin is quite busy at the moment.

I am not an Atlassian team member, so it is not something I can fix for you.
I have added a tag to this post to bring it to the attention of Atlassian team members who monitor the community. I don't know if they will be able to get to it any faster than if your admin took a few minutes to fill out a support case, though.
