Hi,
In one of the projects in Jira, as per the notification scheme, all watchers should receive the mail when any operation is performed and it is happening too. But when a particular user (say user A) makes any change. notification mail is not sent to the watchers but when other user (say user B) makes changes, notification mail is being sent from Jira to others.
Why this is happening? Can you please help me to resolve this?
Thanks and Regards
Shriya Chhajed
@Shriya Chhajed , could you look at the mail queue and the when the User A makes the change?
Do enable the debug for 'outgoing mails' and check - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/enable-mail-debugging-mode-in-jira-server-816520648.html
Tried this and have not received anything specific there. It shows in the queue, but again the mail is not received by other users.
Can you please help?
Thanks and Regards

Thank you for the response.
The issue is now resolved, and actually it was due to the corrupt avatar. One of the Avatars, which user was using in the profile was corrupted in Jira. When Jira tries to send mail, it was appearing the mail queue but not in error queue.
When Jira sends mail notification, it also tries to include image in the mail, which it was not able to find due to corrupted image.
Solution: Requested user to change the Avatar and finally its working fine :D
Thanks and Regards
