Notify custom field assignee about status transition?

Question is following: 

We want to have default Owner, Assignee and QA roles for the epics and tasks that are created in the project. It's clear with assignee, and I know how to create custom fields with user picker, BUT: 

• we need QA field to be autopopulated with Epic's default QA on the task create screen
• when a status of the task is changed, we need QA to be notified about it (and ideally autoassign issue to him). 

Is this possible in Jira cloud?

Hello,

If you use a classic project, then

You could add the Update Issue Custom Field post function to the Epic workflow to set the Assignee for the Epic.

Then in the project notification scheme add the QA field for the Generic event.

If you use a next-gen project, currently you can not do it.

And for the QA (or other custom field) assignee to see the task in "My open issues", I need to set up QA field to display in "My issues" screen by default for all?

You can not add it as default in the search in the Issue Navigator
