i have recently enabled knowledge base on JSM and linked the confluence space to the project as well. I have created a few test KBs and all of them are showing as related articles on the Jira tickets. I was under the impression that only relevant KBs would show up here based on the summary field or description in the ticket. The most suprising part is even the confluence space name shows up in the related articles view. please see attached screenshot. "Client Support Services" is the space and Troubleshooting articles is the category.
