Once Email to a mail box comes can it be created as ticket in JIRA?

Hi Team,

We have a support mail box.
Users used to send mails to it for any issues.

We want to automate those every email as ticket in JIRA.
is there any way that JIRA monitors a mail box continuously and creates a ticket when ever a new email comes in to the mail box?

You can do it. You should setup a email handler. You can find more information here:
