But one and only one is receiving emails from every update in the Board, he receives from issues that I've created and are assigned to me, he's not in the parent issue, he is not in the comments, We were using the default Scheme and the second user and I were ok with the notifications, but he was receiving of everything, then I created a minimal scheme with notifications only to the assigned person, but the same behavior was shown and now I'm using a None notifications Scheme and he still receives notifications :/
If I use the notification Helper it says that he is not receiving emails of any of the events from the drop list.
