Open source license and private JIRA projects

We've an open source license with public projects, and that works fine.

Now we'd like to use the same JIRA installation to create a private project for internal tasks that shouldn't be shared with the outside world (for security/value reasons).

Just to be clear, our project continues to be open source as always, we're just wondering if the Atlassian open source license would permit an additional private project in JIRA.
