Suddenly , my team lost options to manage tickets. unable to resolve or to assign . yesterday all worked ok .
Have you saw this happening anywhere?
Has someone changed the permissions?
No . no one has changed anything. also , I could see from the Administrator user that the users are in the service desk role still and have no option to manage the tickets . also I could notice that the display of the tickets has changed.
