I've been having issues with the Jira/Outlook integration. It seems to endlessly create tasks for service issues. I've disconnected the integration for the service desk, reauthorized my MS365 account from within Jira, and I'm still having this issue. Is anyone else having this issue?
We did recently change some token settings in MS365, which had to do with our Outlook/Salesforce integration. I'm wondering if this might be related.
Just met with support and they are looking into my particular issue. I don't know how many people are going to read this, but I hate finding old support threads on sites like these with no resolution.

If you're using yassoon’s integrations (Microsoft 365 for Jira or Outlook Email for Jira), you can schedule a meeting with us. It sounds more like a mail handler issue. Even if it seems to be resolved now, you might still want to reach out via our support portal or booking link to clarify.

I opened a ticket with Atlassian, turns out it's a third party integration and I'd need to open support with them. However, when I logged in today, all the boards were disconnected and once reconnected, I don't seem to be having the same issues.
