Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a way to parse emails and update particular ticket fields. For instance, If I have an email of the type below I would like the following:
Emai:
subject: this is an alert
Alert: Sensor
Server: 1
Ticket fields:
Summary = This is an alert
Alert Type = Sensor
Servers involved = 1
I know that this can possibly be achieved with Automation but I wanted to know if there is plug-in or any other way I can parse emails before they become a ticket.
