Hi,
We have around more than 20 different JIRA CLOUD service desk project, the problem we have is that the users of some group for example ( marketing group ) and others can see all the other projects in the JIRA and our customers lists. I need to solve this issue urgently.
I already read a lot of documentation but it looks little difficult to understand, please let me know how to do it in a easy way ASAP.
Thank you.
Hello, @Muhammad Bilal ,
Verify the permission schemes of the projects, and add or remove from "Browse Project" the groups/people you want/don't want to see the projects or anything else.
My team also work on many projects, and we have some external client who would like to track the progress of the issues, so I made groups and restrict the access depending on each user.
I did that by editing the permissions scheme for all projects.
I hope this is helpful!
Good luck .
