Currently, the prices for 500 users are

Jira Software Server: $40,000

Jira Software DC: $20,400

Confluence Server: $30,000

Confluence DS: $15,000

These are the annual costs.  Note that for Server, it's a one-off, your systems will continue to work after the licence expires.  Maintainance of support for them costs half the purchase price every year thereafter.  DC must be licenced every year at the same cost.
