We are currently going through a refresher of our Service Desk and the channels we use on Teams. We have a channel where employees post for assistance and help but will like to move them to the Service Desk.
However I don't want the business to lose visibility of the issues being raised. Is there a way to have only created issues posted into a channel? If so, can we base them on priority also? So only Highest or High are posted in the channel?
