PowerBI and Jira Cloud Integration Failed with no errors (1 Row Loaded)

I used Jira PowerBi Content Pack for integration and retrieve that data from Jira Service Desk Cloud, it was working well. Now I faced issue with no data retrieved and message that one row loaded. Moreover no error message and sure the credentials are correct   (Username: Email and Passwords: API Token).

Resolved! The issue might be in the connectivity.
