Preset rich text for Story on Company Managed Project

I would like to preset the text in the Description field for my Story issue on my company managed project.

On a Team Managed project this would be the same as doing
Project Settings >> Issue Types >> Story >> Description and edit Default description

Look at the screenshot.

I would like to do the same for the Company Managed Project

In Cloud its not possible.

Workaround - You can  update the description field after creation of an issue using workflow postfunciton or automation rule

unfortunately you cannot do that in CMP as the description field isn't unique to each project. What you can do is to use Automation to edit the description field after creation.

Unfortunately what I need is a smart placeholder that could work as guidance to my colleagues with scrum user story creation. So that would be something meant to be deleted before the actual creation of the user story. Like a reminder.
