Pricing and licensing of few applications in jira service desk

Hi All,

We are new to the service desk. We want to use Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery applications. So we want to know they are free of cost or paid ? if they are paid please tell the cost of each application by agent wise.

Hi Rakesh,

Each of these applications has different prices. You can visit https://marketplace.atlassian.com search for the app you want to buy and check their prices by clicking the Pricing tab. 

Alternatively, you can search these apps in your Jira instance in Find new apps menu. The prices will show up automatically according to the maximum number of Service desk agents that your JSD can have.
