I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to remove the 'Pro component' so that I can configure an automation rule in Jira service desk? Some of the components are grayed out and when I click on it. I get the following message.
'This is the Pro component, remove this component to re-enable your rule'
Not sure what version of automation you are using but it seems that you have create the automation using Automation for JIRA but you are editing it or creating a new one using Automation for JIRA LITE, and this one do not all the feature the paid version have. But good news, if you are using JIRA Data Center this app is now free and you can install it.
If you are using JIRA DC and want to use the full free version of automation for JIRA you can follow this KB.
