Hi,
We using Jira Service Desk (on-premise).
I'm implemented groups to assign tickets. For this groups I assigned specific users.
But I see a problem. When I would like assigned ticket to other group and in thhis time I want assign ticket to specific user from in the group, Jira can't shows users assigned to this new group.
I found a workaround, I'm change groups frome one to other and save the ticekt and next edit shows every peopels form this new group.
It's a posiible to implement a solution that when edit issue and changing group from one to another to automaticly refresing list of users from this group?
Hi @Bartosz Krol,
I'm quite puzzled, in Jira, we can't assign a Jira issue to a user group. Unless I am misunderstanding your statement here or there's some third-party app in play.
Thanks,
Moga
I know, but i created different solution.
I creted custom field to choose name of group and assigned people as members to this specific group. Name of the goup shows me witch support team should resolving ticket.
But i don't resignation from the assigne specific assigned to the ticket to the specific member. Groups definened for me people from the specific teams.
On the task i seeing names of this group. When I choosing specific group, on the view on ticket i don't seeing specific members assign to this group. When i close ticket and edit task again i seeing list of members assigned for the specific group.
And my question is, its possible to option i this same time refreshing people assigned to the specific group? Every change name of group could refresh automatically list of members.
Maybe by the scriptrunner as a automatically refreshing vaalue field after change name of group?

Hi @Bartosz Krol,
Would be possible if you can share how you are configuring the Scriptrunner to achieve this?
Thanks,
Moga

I'm not sure what this script should contain. So far I have not written any script in Scriptruner. Can you suggest how to create something like this in the sense of forcing a field to update depending on the value of another field?
Many Thanks
Bartek

A very simple example would be this script. If you need some sort of tutorial on Scriptrunner Behaviours, you can refer to Behaviours. They have some examples that can help you to understand how the Scriptrunner Behaviours works.
Thanks,
Moga
